Ian Davies is a Yangon based Soft Skills Trainer and Co-Founder of Team Thinking Asia.
He holds a B.Ed (Hons) teaching degree from the UK, is an NLP Master Practitioner and a Certified PRISM Brain Mapping Coach.
Ian has been working in the field of learning and development since 1998, designing and delivering soft skills learning programmes for a wide range of customers, including school and university students, individuals and teams from some of the worlds largest organisations.
He spent the first 14 years of his career working in the UK, before his first training in Myanmar in 2009. He then moved to Yangon in 2012.

Myat Thinzar Tun is a Yangon based teacher, trainer and facilitator.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Diplomas in TESOL and the Cambridge CELTA.
Myat Thinzar Tun has 17 years of teaching experience and currently works as a training consultant with Team Thinking Asia. She also works extensively as a trainer specialising in Teacher training, English teaching and Train the Trainer programmes.
She is also actively involved in the Myanmar Girl Guides Association, where she uses her active learning skills to help develop young people.
